The selected candidate will combine cleaning tasks with coordination, organization, initial training, and follow-up of staff, ensuring proper execution of services and work quality. Main Responsibilities: * Organization and planning of cleaning tasks and services. * Supervision and monitoring of team performance. * Operational support in cleaning tasks when required. * Training and onboarding of new staff members. * Identification and resolution of service incidents. * Monitoring of materials, supplies, and replenishment needs. * Communication with center managers and company management. * Verification of compliance with cleaning, safety, and hygiene protocols. Organizational and planning skills. Ability to coordinate and motivate teams. Ability to train and support new staff members. Incident resolution skills and quality orientation. Valid driver's license category B. Basic proficiency in email and mobile applications. **Preferred Qualifications** Previous experience as a team leader, supervisor, or coordinator. Experience in office, socio-healthcare center, or public facility cleaning. Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and protocols.
