We are seeking to expand our team by hiring several store sales representatives for our Olin Stores in the **Fuengirola** area. You will join a team of professional sales representatives with extensive industry experience, directly contributing to the group’s growth and acquisition of new customers. If you are a motivated, professional individual with strong problem-solving skills and eager to advance your career within one of the most powerful local telecommunications groups, you are the person we are looking for—join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Customer service and identification of customer needs. * Advising customers on technical features of services and products. * Selling services and products. * Maintaining and managing the brand at the workplace. * Preparing sales reports. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in sales or commercial support roles, minimum 1 year. * Customer orientation. * Minimum requirement: fluent English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is valued. A language proficiency test will be administered. * Strong communication skills. * Autonomy in decision-making. * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. * Residence in the vicinity of the area. * Adaptability to change. * Disability certificate is valued. **We offer:** * Permanent contract. * Fixed salary \+ variable component based on achievement of objectives. * Training from day one of employment. * Full-time schedule. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00 and 16:15–20:00\.
