For more information, visit www.jaggaer.com Principal Responsibilities: * Apply extensive product and industry knowledge to serve as a functional advisor on large\-scale, complex, and cross\-product implementation projects. Translate business requirements into solution designs and configure applications to meet client objectives. * Independently design and deliver functional solutions in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) requirements, ensuring agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards are achieved. * Develop, maintain, and manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams across JAGGAER to address client needs, resolve issues, and support successful project outcomes. Build effective working relationships across departments to proactively identify and mitigate potential challenges. * Manage a portfolio of implementation projects, including large and complex engagements, while effectively balancing multiple priorities and project commitments. * Identify, assess, and manage project risks, including software issues, scope changes, and schedule impacts. Proactively implement mitigation strategies to support successful project delivery. * Lead onsite and remote requirements\-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long\-term customer success and satisfaction. * Ensure a smooth transition of clients from the implementation phase to ongoing support and customer success teams. * Monitor and manage project controls, including project hours, forecasting, resource utilization, and revenue objectives, ensuring accurate reporting and effective project governance. * Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and key updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership. * Identify, document, and manage changes to project scope, timelines, resources, or budget through established change management processes. * Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentoring to colleagues while contributing to team development and successful project execution. * Analyze client requirements and recommend business process improvements aligned with solution capabilities and industry best practices. * Contribute to the development, promotion, and adoption of implementation methodologies, standards, and best practices. * Participate in strategic, cross\-functional, and continuous improvement initiatives in addition to client\-facing project responsibilities. Position Requirements: * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Minimum of 4 years of professional business experience, including at least 3 years of experience in software implementation projects and/or consulting services within a client\-facing environment. * Experience with eProcurement, Supply Chain Management, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or related enterprise software solutions is preferred. * Experience implementing Software\-as\-a\-Service (SaaS) solutions, ERP systems, and systems integrations is preferred. * Familiarity with AI tools and technologies and an interest in their practical business application. * Strong project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, presentation, documentation, and problem\-solving skills. * Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly, contribute effectively both independently and collaboratively, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. * Ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and drive tasks and issues through to completion. * Experience facilitating discussions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings, including interaction with senior\-level stakeholders. * Practical experience with project management methodologies; experience with Waterfall methodology is preferred. * Knowledge of business process automation and workflow design is considered an advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and other business productivity tools. * Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, apply critical thinking, and make well\-reasoned decisions. * Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and the development of best practices. * Ability to adapt to change, support organizational transformation, and contribute positively to evolving business needs. * Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (typically 20–30% of working time). Valid passport required for international travel. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in both virtual and in\-person settings.
