You will be part of an innovative intervention model, connected with major Third Sector networks, implementing projects that transform lives and communities. We operate from a holistic intervention approach where people are at the center, recognizing their dignity, capabilities, and aspirations. **What will be your mission?** Coordinate and lead the interdisciplinary technical team, ensuring the quality of social intervention and proper technical management of projects, with special focus on monitoring, justification, and evaluation, as well as comprehensive support (including the legal dimension) for people at risk of vulnerability. **What would your day-to-day look like?** * Coordination of user reception, assessment, and follow-up. * Supervision of diagnoses, intervention pathways, and individual mentoring. * Legal assistance and guidance for vulnerable individuals (particularly in administrative, social, and rights-access matters). * Technical preparation, monitoring, and justification of funded projects (reports, technical documents, and records). * Drafting of social, technical, and monitoring reports for public administrations and funding entities. * Management and processing of social benefits and resources, with special attention to housing resources. * Coordination with entities, public administrations, and Third Sector networks. * Planning and monitoring of the technical team’s work. * Volunteer management and supervision of students on internships. * Leadership of team meetings and indicator tracking. * Recording and monitoring of interventions using digital tools, in accordance with procedures, including updating and developing such procedures. * Institutional representation of the Foundation alongside management and board of trustees. **What the Diversitas Foundation offers you for your expertise:** * Full-time position with an indefinite contract after a 6-month probationary period * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and qualifications, based on the Social Action and Intervention Collective Agreement * Possibility of hybrid work arrangements and flexible working hours * 23 vacation days \+ 3 discretionary days * Occupational well-being policy **Profile:** **Do not hesitate to send us your CV if your profile matches the following:** * Degree preferably in Law; however, candidates holding degrees in Social Work, Psychology, Social Education, or related fields will also be considered. * Proficiency in using digital tools * Additional training in labor orientation * Experience providing legal assistance and/or legal advice to populations at risk of exclusion * Experience preparing reports, technical documentation, and project justifications * Experience managing housing resources and/or residential services will be especially valued * Holding the qualification of Director of Social Centers will be valued for managing our residential services **Competencies:** Analytical and problem-solving skills, Initiative and autonomy, Flexibility, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Diplomacy and professional conduct **Level:** Middle management **Contract type:** Full-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between 30\.000 and 36\.000 € gross/year **Minimum education:** Bachelor's degree **Minimum experience:** 3 to 5 years **Start date:** 04/05/2026 **Number of vacancies:** 1
