We are seeking to fill a temporary replacement position due to sick leave for a social worker with experience in residential support, particularly in methodologies such as Housing First or Housing Led. The selected candidate will report to the Coordination of the Inclusion Area and will have the following main responsibilities: receiving referrals from other services, assessing individuals accessing the center, and identifying their social needs. The candidate will also participate in developing individualized intervention plans, analyze the needs of service users, and coordinate technically with external social resources to ensure appropriate intervention processes. They will serve as the primary reference person for social support of individuals residing in single-person housing units, assigning placements after evaluating each user's suitability. Additionally, they will design and implement socio-educational programs, prepare technical documentation such as reports or social records, and lead the intervention process. They will also participate in training activities, promote group activities, and collaborate in other functions necessary for the center's operation. The contract is temporary, full-time, with an annual gross salary ranging between 24.001 and 30.000 euros.
