Your main responsibilities will include: ? Identifying the personal and social needs of service users and promoting actions to address them. ? Developing the Personalized Intervention Plan (PIP) to support the social inclusion of participants. ? Monitoring and accompanying individual cases of service users, ensuring achievement of established objectives through group and individual interventions. ? Preparing and signing social reports on individuals served (mandatory professional registration). ? Managing technical relationships with external stakeholders, fostering collaboration with key actors. ? Identifying operational needs and communicating them to improve project implementation effectiveness. ? Applying the area’s intervention methodology within your scope of work. ? Planning territorial activities, ensuring alignment with established indicators and commitments. ? Implementing operational projects, ensuring their correct execution. ? Carrying out global campaigns within your scope of work. ? Collecting and recording project or service data within the territory. ? Executing and collaborating on budgetary control, ensuring records are accurate and complete. ? Delivering training and providing technical advice to support project or service implementation. ? Upholding and defending the Institution’s Principles, respecting the Code of Conduct, and safeguarding its reputation. ? Promoting volunteer participation and collaborating in volunteer management. ?
