




Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Worker to provide comprehensive support to women victims of gender-based violence, including assessment, case studies, and development of employment integration plans and programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive social support for women victims of gender-based violence 2. Development of Individualized Action Plans (PAI) 3. Design of employment integration programs and vocational guidance We seek a candidate with a university degree in Social Work and experience in gender equality and gender-based violence. Intermediate-level proficiency in office software and management systems is required, along with a Certificate of No Sexual Offense Conviction. Knowledge of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management will be considered an asset. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive social support to women victims of gender-based violence, conducting intake interviews for initial assessment. They also involve case study and analysis to develop an Individualized Action Plan (PAI), as well as social intervention itineraries and plans. Follow-up and evaluation reports will be prepared, and family members of victims will receive information and guidance. Furthermore, employment integration programs will be designed, including vocational orientation and employability enhancement activities, while maintaining fluent communication with the technical team and the center’s responsible person. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. or from 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. The contract is temporary and based in Puerto del Rosario.
