Interaction with young people takes place in a high-supervision youth autonomy residence. Responsibilities: * Management of daily life and economic autonomy: domestic economy, nutrition and health, household maintenance, time management * Socio-laboral and vocational integration * Legal and administrative support * Emotional and relational support IMPORTANT: This position requires shift work—mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends (with legally mandated rest periods) **Profile:** * University Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle * Residence located within a maximum distance of 30 km from Guadalajara city **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, initiative and autonomy, flexibility, ability to lead initiatives, organization and planning, technical and personal reliability, interpersonal communication, teamwork, diplomacy and professional demeanor **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between €18,001 and €24,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Diploma **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 17/08/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
