We seek a person to develop socio-educational and employment intervention projects and programs, with a community-oriented focus. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and evaluating these initiatives individually and in groups. Work is carried out directly on the street and in centers located in urban areas with the highest vulnerability indices. A key aspect of this role is coordinating with the network of public services and local neighborhood resources to ensure joint and complementary action. Main tasks include designing personalized pathways for participants, conducting direct interventions when necessary, mediating conflicts, and promoting community development. The role also involves organizing neighborhood activities aimed at fostering social cohesion and improving neighborly coexistence. The position entails full project management—from planning through execution monitoring. Networking is continuous, maintaining smooth communication with other entities and professionals in the sector. Finally, detailed records of all activities will be maintained, and technical reports for the implemented programs and projects will be prepared, documenting processes and outcomes for subsequent evaluation and improvement.
