Social Educator
\- Reception, accompaniment, and socio-educational follow-up of women and families experiencing gender-based violence, residential exclusion, and social vulnerability \- Preparation of socio-educational assessments, intervention plans, and follow-up reports \- Individual and group socio-educational interventions aimed at personal, family, residential, and community autonomy \- Coordination with the specialized network on gender-based violence, social services, health services, educational centres, legal services, and community resources \- In-person accompaniment and support in processing benefits, documentation, and referrals \- Monitoring of housing conditions, utilities, accommodation agreements, cohabitation arrangements, and incidents \- Support during residential exit processes, territorial anchoring, and community inclusion \- Recording of interventions and updating of case files, reports, and programme indicators
* Minimum 1 year of experience. One year of practical experience performing similar tasks is valued.
* UNIVERSITY DEGREE
* Spanish (spoken: advanced; written: advanced)
* Catalan (spoken: intermediate; written: intermediate)
* Competencies / knowledge: \- Specific training or experience in intervention with women experiencing gender-based violence \- Organisational, planning, autonomous, and responsible capabilities \- Active listening skills, emotional management abilities, and capacity to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and specialised services \- Availability to work in Santa Coloma de Gramenet and Terrassa according to service needs \- User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and ability to use case management and recording applications

* Additional relevant information: Working hours: \- Morning shift in Santa Coloma de Gramenet. \- Afternoon shift in Terrassa: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 15:00–19:00; Wednesday: 15:00–18:15 \- 38 hours/week
