Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the end-to-end integrated management of building construction projects, economic control, and team coordination, ensuring achievement of objectives and compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end integrated management of building construction projects. 2. Economic control, scheduling, and project profitability. 3. Coordination and leadership of teams and subcontractors. ### **Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and conduct comprehensive site supervision from project inception to completion. * Manage project economic control: costs, variances, targets, strategy, and monthly closings. * Prepare and analyze supplier and subcontractor comparisons. * Supervise monthly production and manage certifications, valuations, and pre-invoices. * Coordinate and lead subcontractors, industrial partners, and site teams, ensuring objective achievement. * Monitor schedules, productivity, task planning, and milestone adherence. * Supervise proper technical and construction execution of the project. * Maintain direct communication with technical management, property owners, suppliers, and internal teams. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations. * Identify and resolve technical, economic, and operational issues during execution. * Participate in execution strategy to optimize project costs, timelines, and resources. ### **Requirements** * Proven experience as a **Site Manager in building construction**. * Experience in **residential, hotel, office, or similar projects**. * Solid knowledge of **construction economic management**: production, certifications, valuations, comparisons, and monthly closings. * Ability to plan, organize, and make decisions in site environments. * Results-oriented profile with strong focus on cost control, scheduling, and profitability. * Communication and liaison skills with property owners, technical management, suppliers, and industrial partners. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Catalonia. * Practical, solution-oriented profile with constructive vision and foresight.
