We are seeking a technically skilled candidate to join immediately a well-established boiler-making company. The ideal candidate must have training in welding, machining, or mechanics, and be solution-oriented, autonomous, and capable of making decisions. Demonstrable experience in team management and blueprint interpretation is essential. Responsibilities include supervising all welding activities during the shift, coordinating tasks among team members according to workload, and ensuring adherence to production deadlines. You will also manage resources efficiently by assigning personnel, materials, and equipment, while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Operational issues must be identified and resolved in real time; communication with other departments must remain fluid; and team development must be actively promoted. The position offers a full-time contract with rotating shifts: 6:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00\. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** **Experience/Training:** Technical experience in welding, assembly, and blueprint interpretation. **Personnel Training and Development:** * Provide guidance and training to welding team members. * Promote the development of welding skills and knowledge. **Workplace Safety:** * Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations. * Investigate and document safety incidents: **Recordkeeping and Documentation:** * Maintain accurate records of shift activities and production output. * Document problems, solutions, and any other relevant information. **Coordination with Other Shifts:** * Collaborate with supervisors from other shifts to ensure smooth transitions and operational continuity. It is essential that the Operations/Production Technician possesses strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, the ability to make rapid decisions, and a firm commitment to safety and quality. Additionally, the ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in critical situations is crucial.
