We are seeking a sewing instructor with solid experience of at least three years in sewing work, whether as a seamstress/seamster, tailor, or dressmaker. Main responsibilities include teaching sewing classes, both by hand and by machine, explaining in detail the handling of tools, materials, and sewing machines. The instructor will also guide participants in creating simple garments or performing basic alterations, supervising and correcting their progress. It is essential to adapt instruction to each group’s skill level, prepare necessary materials, and ensure an orderly and safe workspace. Attendance tracking and student progress monitoring will be managed, fostering a positive and motivating learning environment. Working hours will be part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00. A temporary contract will be offered, with an approximate gross monthly salary of 841 euros, including extra payments.
