Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated coordinator for the coordination department, supervising office and commercial premises maintenance services and supporting FM in Retail projects. Your main responsibilities will be coordinating and supervising office and commercial premises maintenance services while supporting FM. Below are the main responsibilities, for which full training will be provided from day one: * Incident resolution and management. * Organization of maintenance services in buildings, offices, and commercial premises. * Contracting of technical service providers. * Tracking of work orders and preparation of reports. * Supervision of compliance with SLAs and KPIs established by clients. * Monitoring and control of workflow-based processes. * Requesting and preparing budgets, proposals, and reports. Minimum Requirements: * Spanish, German, and English (written and spoken) — assessed during the interview. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Verbal communication skills: clear expression, courtesy, and friendliness. * Responsible behavior and ability to work in a team. * Ability to work under pressure. * Dynamic and eager to respond to customers as quickly as possible. * Proactive and committed. We Offer: * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * 100% on-site work schedule: Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:00, Friday 08:00–14:00\. * Annual gross salary of €30\.000, paid in 14 installments. * 21 days of vacation per year.
