We are seeking a professional to lead the planning, organization, and execution of corporate, institutional, and social events. The selected candidate will manage projects autonomously, from receiving the briefing through to final closure and evaluation. Daily responsibilities include developing timelines, work plans, and documentation, as well as coordinating suppliers, technical production, logistics, venues, transportation, and accommodation. The candidate will also supervise event setup, execution, and teardown, resolving incidents and proposing solutions at each stage. A university degree or higher education qualification in Event Management, Communication, Marketing, Protocol, Tourism, Advertising, or related fields is required, along with at least three years of experience in comprehensive event management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 is mandatory, as is holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher. The role also requires the ability to stand for extended periods, bend down, and lift loads up to 5 kg. Experience in public tenders and accessibility or inclusion projects is valued, as is a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with flexible working hours and hybrid work mode available starting from the sixth month. The annual gross salary ranges between 24\.000 and 25\.500 euros, depending on profile. The workplace is located at Calle Albacete, 28027, Madrid.
