You will join the commercial team, and your mission will focus on identifying business opportunities and potential new clients in the Catalonia region, primarily in Girona. Your responsibilities will include: * Prospecting for business opportunities. * Providing technical and commercial support to customers. * Preparing and presenting commercial proposals. * Negotiating terms and closing deals. * Monitoring and achieving established targets. * Reporting on activities performed, achievements attained, issues identified, and, where applicable, proposed solutions. **Requirements** **What profile are we looking for?** * Engineering degree: industrial, mechanical, etc. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles similar to those described. * Experience in the Healthcare, Tertiary, and/or Industrial sectors. * A clearly demonstrated and proven commercial vocation. * Experience operating in highly technical environments delivering high added value. * Team-oriented individual. * Catalan and Spanish; English is an asset. * Knowledge of public tender procedures is desirable, preferably for construction and/or service contracts. **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** * A stable project enabling continued professional growth with us. * Competitive salary aligned with experience and merit, including a remuneration package comprising fixed salary plus variable pay based on objectives. * Flexible compensation: private health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, transport card (optional). * Company vehicle. * Continuous training and long-term career development opportunities. * Full-time position.
