Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes, lead Scrum teams, promote Agile culture, and scale Agile practices across the organization. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration and innovation within cross-functional teams DESCRIPTION * Proven experience facilitating agile processes within Scrum teams, including organizing and leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery excellence. * Experience acting as a servant leader, supporting Product Owners and development teams to remove impediments, foster collaboration, and maintain high levels of motivation and productivity. * Experience promoting Agile best practices, principles, and values across teams and the organization, driving an Agile culture and mindset. * Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, ensuring transparency regarding progress, risks, and dependencies. * Experience tracking and reporting team velocity, sprint progress, and project metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous delivery. * Experience fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation, learning, and adaptability, aligning teams with organizational goals and strategy. * Experience helping teams adopt Agile tools and techniques—including backlog management, user story refinement, and sprint planning—to optimize workflow and delivery. * Ability to enhance team Agile maturity through coaching, training, and mentoring on Agile practices and frameworks. * Experience supporting the scaling of Agile practices across multiple teams and projects, aligned with enterprise frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or others. * Ability to proactively identify risks or bottlenecks in the Agile process and collaborate with teams and stakeholders to implement effective mitigation strategies.
