Job Summary: We are seeking an SAT Services Technician to perform tightening tasks at industrial facilities using hydraulic tools and following established procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Direct contract with the company, with potential for permanent employment **Description:** ---------------- Micofer by Empatif is recruiting 1 SAT Services Technician for a major industrial company located in Tarragona. The selected candidate will carry out tightening work at client facilities, using the company’s hydraulic tools and adhering to established procedures. What will you do? * Supervise and execute tightening of bolted joints in petrochemical plants. Tightening by TORQUE PAIR and HYDRAULIC TENSIONING. * Accurately identify joints on piping drawings: isometric construction drawings or PID diagrams. * Inspect joint assembly and components prior to tightening. * Tighten bolted joints according to established procedures. * Conduct final post-tightening inspection. * Record all performed tasks. * Maintain tightening equipment. What do we offer? * Direct employment contract with the company. * Initial contract until 30/11/2026, with potential for future permanent employment. * Salary: Group 6 \- Third-Class Skilled Worker \- €20,381.30 gross annual, per the Tarragona Iron and Steel Industry Collective Agreement. **Requirements:** --------------- * Higher Vocational Training Cycle (Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Piping Installation, or similar). * Additional training: * 20-hour course: Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) for Installation, Repair, Assembly, Metal Structures, Metalworking, and Metal Carpentry Works. * AEQT (Petrochemicals). * 60-hour course: Basic Level Occupational Risk Prevention for Metal Activities in Construction. * Highly valued: * Work experience in local petrochemical complexes (e.g., Repsol, Dow, BASF). * Experience performing tightening tasks using tightening tools. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Attitude, proactivity, commitment, and strong interpersonal skills.
