We are a company specialized in selling products, materials, and machinery for sublimation and other customization techniques. We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and proactive individual to join our customer service team. **Main Responsibilities** * Greet and advise customers in-store. * Recommend products and solutions based on each customer's needs. * Present and explain the operation of sublimation and other customization technique products and machinery. * Resolve customer inquiries and deliver an excellent shopping experience. * Maintain the store organized, clean, and with proper product display. * Assist with restocking merchandise and basic inventory control. * Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets. **Requirements** * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Commercial mindset and service orientation. * Enthusiasm to learn about our products and customization technologies. * Ability to work collaboratively and in an organized manner. * Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred. * Knowledge of sublimation, printing, DTF, laser, or other customization techniques is a plus. **We Offer** * Join a growing company and market leader in the customization industry. * Ongoing training on products, machinery, and new techniques. * A positive working environment. * Opportunities for professional development. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and job responsibilities.
