Description

The Rubber Injection Operator position entails core responsibilities in the rubber component manufacturing production process. The selected professional will operate injection machines, ensuring accurate material dosing, adjustment of technical parameters such as temperature and pressure, and quality control of finished parts. This role is essential for maintaining the production line while complying with company-established safety standards and efficiency targets. In addition to primary tasks on the injection line, the operator may perform other complementary functions within the production area. These include material preparation, basic and preventive equipment maintenance, and participation in product quality control and verification processes. Adaptability and teamwork capability are valuable attributes in this dynamic environment, where constant coordination with other departments is required. The work environment features specialized technology and standardized operating procedures. The company provides necessary training for the safe operation of machinery and materials, promoting a culture of occupational risk prevention. This position offers the opportunity to develop specific technical skills in the industrial sector, directly contributing to the manufacture of products requiring precision and durability. The offered contract is a long-term temporary contract, renewable based on company needs and employee performance. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, organized into two rotating shifts covering morning and afternoon shifts. A minimum of one year’s experience as an operator in industrial companies is required, preferably in environments related to rubber processing or injection processes. Practical knowledge of paint booths or similar machinery operation is highly desirable.
