Job Summary: We are seeking a service leader to coordinate and supervise the front-of-house team in a restaurant, ensuring excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate teams of waiters and front-of-house staff. 2. Ensure excellence in customer service and service efficiency. 3. Team management, decision-making, and resolution of unforeseen issues. We are looking for a person to assume responsibility for coordinating and supervising the service team at a restaurant in Las Rozas. The main duty is to lead waiters and front-of-house staff, ensuring that customer service is consistently excellent. This involves organizing meal service efficiently, maintaining smooth communication with the kitchen, and resolving any questions or needs raised by guests. Another essential aspect of the role is ensuring that table service is conducted professionally, following established procedures. To achieve this, close supervision of team performance is required, optimizing resources and fostering a collaborative environment. The person in this role must possess leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to make quick decisions and manage any unforeseen issues arising during service. The objective is to ensure daily operations proceed smoothly—from compliance with hygiene regulations to the condition and presentation of the dining area. This position combines team management with direct public interaction; therefore, a balance between technical expertise and interpersonal skills is required, all focused on maintaining quality and the establishment’s positive reputation. The offered contract is permanent and full-time. Experience in managing and supervising service teams in restaurants and hospitality establishments. Ability to coordinate and lead teams of waiters and front-of-house staff. Customer service and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of food service, table setting, and front-of-house operations. Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills.
