Job Summary: The Store Manager is responsible for leading operations, achieving sales and performance targets, and maintaining quality standards at the point of sale. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and motivate store staff. **STORE MANAGER** The Store Manager will be responsible for leading all store operations, meeting sales and performance indicators, and ensuring the maintenance of qualitative objectives established for the point of sale. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Leading an enthusiastic and experienced team, the Store Manager will be responsible for: · Achieving and exceeding all qualitative and quantitative store objectives (KPIs) as defined by the company · Ensuring all procedures, processes, and actions defined by the company are correctly implemented · Maintaining exceptional customer service standards and building excellent relationships with key clients (client portfolio maintenance and development) · Stock control, cash management, sales forecasting, and daily reporting · Recruiting, evaluating, and motivating store staff; building a cohesive team that works collectively to continuously surpass established objectives · Staff training and development (products/procedures/sales techniques) in accordance with company policies and procedures · Ensuring accurate brand representation, maintaining visual merchandising standards, maximizing product turnover, managing bestsellers effectively, conducting regular stocktakes, etc., in line with company standards · Managing staff scheduling and rotation to ensure and maximize revenue, as well as optimize personnel costs · Ensuring compliance with all safety and security standards · Setting and monitoring individual and store-wide sales objectives, KPIs, tasks, etc., taking corrective action when necessary · Acting as the primary contact point between the customer and the company, providing data to improve processes and adapt our services and products to local consumers **REQUIREMENTS** · Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management, preferably with luxury fashion brands · Proven track record in cutting-edge fashion and customer orientation · Excellent communication and negotiation skills **CORE COMPETENCIES** · Leadership, Impact, and Influence · People Management, Development, and Motivation · Business Acumen, Analysis, and Decision-Making · Strong results-orientation and customer satisfaction focus · Ability to work under pressure, positive attitude Salary: €26,000.00–€28,500.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
