The main responsibility lies in efficiently organizing work teams, planning tasks, and managing priorities, ensuring constant and professional communication. It is essential to maintain a smooth and trustworthy relationship with the City Council to guarantee the highest quality, continuity, and technical rigor in all services provided. Responsibilities include full supervision of facility maintenance, including electricity, masonry, plumbing, and other trades. The role also covers corrective maintenance management, handling incidents, coordinating repair work, conducting thorough follow-ups, and ensuring effective closure of each intervention. Periodic visits to assigned buildings will be carried out to directly supervise work, assess incidents, and check the general condition of the properties. A minimum of one year’s experience in similar positions is required, along with a valid Class B driving license. A university degree in Architecture, Technical Engineering, or Higher Engineering will be considered a strong advantage. The contract will be temporary, full-time, with flexible working hours.
