Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Manager to lead the comprehensive management of the HR department, designing and implementing strategies while promoting digital transformation and continuous improvement. We are looking for a Back Office Technician for our office in Las Torres de Cotillas ### **Responsibilities:** * Lead the comprehensive management of the Human Resources department. * Design and implement recruitment, onboarding, training, and development strategies. * Automate administrative and operational HR processes. * Identify opportunities for improvement and digitalization within the department. * Create HR dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making. * Coordinate performance evaluation and workplace climate assessment processes. * Supervise regulatory compliance and employment documentation. * Collaborate with senior management on organizational transformation projects. * Promote a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. ### **Profile:** * Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related field. * Prior experience in HR leadership roles. * Demonstrable experience in **process automation** and digital transformation. * Knowledge of HR management tools. * Analytical ability and data-driven orientation. * Proactive, solution-oriented profile with leadership skills. * Experience with SAGE 200\ is desirable. ### **What We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–2:30 PM.
