At Carrefour Financial Services, we are seeking a Credit Risk Modeling Manager and Key Analyst to join our Risk Management Department. Your Mission: You will be the key person responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our IFRS 9 Provision Model\. You will ensure correct file classification and coverage in accordance with official regulations and Group guidelines. Additionally, you will lead predictive analyses, forecasting scenarios, and deviation monitoring to drive business growth. Your main responsibilities: Modeling and IFRS 9: Building, monitoring, and continuously improving the IFRS 9 Provision Model (monthly ECL, portfolio segmentation, and recalibrations). Risk Management: Optimizing the model by adjusting coverage percentages, and calculating/supporting monthly adjustments under local and consolidated accounting standards. Forecasting and Strategy: Preparing estimates of financial income and risk cost, as well as analyzing monthly deviations against forecasts. Institutional Support: Actively collaborating in critical entity processes such as CIRBE, portfolio sales, and asset securitizations. Key Analysis: Generating high-value analyses for the Risk and Finance departments, optimizing workflows using available tools. Education: Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree with a strong analytical foundation. Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role within the financial sector. Technical Knowledge: Advanced ability to extract, handle large databases, and model information. Proficiency in modeling tools (especially Python). Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks including IFRS\-9, IAS 37, and Bank of Spain (BdE) regulations. Languages: Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
