Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Center Manager with expertise in manicure and current trends to lead the team and ensure smooth salon operations, delivering expert client care and consultation. Indefinite-term contract Due to team expansion in Barcelona and the opening of a new center, we are looking for professionals with extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in manicure and current trends for a full-time position as **Center Manager** (40 hours per week). **Main Responsibilities:** * Client care and consultation for acrylic, gel, and polygel services. * Contributing to the proper functioning of the center by ensuring all procedures follow established protocols. * Appropriate use of language and effective communication with both team members and clients. * Cash register closing and reconciliation. * Organized management of orders and inventory control. * Supervision and maintenance of center cleanliness and order. **Requirements:** * Proven professional experience as a manicurist. * Experience in customer service and client relations. * Proficiency in acrylic, gel, and polygel application techniques. * Immediate availability and flexible working hours. * Ability to work in an organized manner and support the team. **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract * Full-time position * Continuous training provided by the company * Performance-based incentive * \*\*\*\* Please refrain from applying if you lack knowledge of manicure/pedicure and nail enhancement techniques \*\*\*\* Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: €1,400.00–€1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
