Position Summary: We are seeking a site manager to plan, organize, and comprehensively manage renovation projects, including coordination with suppliers, site surveys, and personnel. Professional development in a dynamic environment We seek a renovation-specialized site manager responsible for planning and organizing all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Key responsibilities include supplier coordination, site surveys, and management of personnel, procurement, sales, budgets, and subcontractors. A degree in Technical Architecture, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Engineering, or a Bachelor's Degree in Construction is mandatory, along with a minimum of five years' experience in renovation projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, and Microsoft Office is required; possession of a personal vehicle is considered an advantage. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with an annual gross salary of €48,000. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 18:00 (including one hour for lunch) and Fridays from 8:00 to 14:00.
