Your mission will be to identify businesses via Google Maps, contact them by phone, and assess their digital needs to propose the most suitable solution. **Your Daily Responsibilities:** * Prospect local businesses using Google Maps as the primary lead source. * Make cold calls to introduce our services. * Analyze each business’s situation and identify opportunities: * If they receive many calls and cannot cope → offer our **AI Agent for €200**, which automates telephone support. * If they need to sell online → offer an **e-commerce store**. * If they only require digital presence → offer a **corporate website**. * Record all contacts, calls, and opportunities in **our CRM** (mandatory usage). * Follow up on leads and close sales. **Compensation Terms** **Probation Period (First Month):** * 100% commission-based work: **€200 per closed sale**. * No commission cap: more sales = higher earnings. **After Successfully Completing Probation** (minimum 5 sales in the first month): * Formal employment contract with the company. * **Fixed monthly salary: €600.** * **+ €100 commission per additional sale.** **What We’re Looking For** * Strong communication and telephone persuasion skills. * Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (valued but not mandatory). * Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented individual. * **Minimum availability of 5 hours per day.** * **Mandatory use of our CRM** to log commercial activity. * Stable internet connection and a quiet environment for calls. * Native-level Spanish proficiency. **What We Offer** * 100% remote work from home. * Initial training on our products (AI Agent, websites, e-commerce), sales techniques, and CRM usage. * Flexible working hours (you schedule your minimum 5 hours). * Real growth potential: meet targets and transition to a permanent contract starting in month two. **How to Apply** Send your CV along with a brief description of your sales experience.
