Job Description: Grupo Silvoturismo is a company with over 25 years of experience, specializing in environmental services. One of its divisions, Ecosilvo, focuses on communication, environmental education, and consultancy. Additionally, it operates in other areas such as environmental marketing, trail marking, adaptation of natural spaces, environmental volunteering, and, in general, the organization of activities related to the environment. ***What are we looking for?*** A recruitment and selection technician with experience in hiring. ***Key responsibilities include:*** * Evaluating, recruiting, and selecting personnel for various temporary campaigns. * Coordinating, resolving conflicts, and managing staff. * Maintaining up-to-date records of staff working hours, vacation days, and sick leaves (IT). * Conducting job interviews and carrying out onboarding for new staff. **Job Requirements:** * Personable, persuasive, and convincing individual. * Strong communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts. * Sense of responsibility in performing tasks. * Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, recruitment platforms, and up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations. ***Job Conditions:*** **What do we offer?** The opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team committed to environmental protection, quality, and the health of our employees and society at large.
