Recreational Machine Technician

We are seeking a responsible, technically skilled, and team-oriented individual to join our venues as a recreational machine technician. The selected candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment, ensuring their proper operation in compliance with regulations and internal protocols, and will contribute to the continuous improvement of venue operations. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on recreational machines, terminals, and associated equipment, following established procedures. * Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults; replace components and adjust systems to restore operational functionality. * Install and dismantle equipment according to operational needs and room layout changes; ensure correct cabling and grounding. * Verify and update equipment software/firmware as required; coordinate with suppliers and external support for complex incidents. * Maintain technical records of interventions, spare parts used, and response times in the management system. * Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance without disrupting regular activities and to ensure the safety of venue attendees. * Report safety incidents or regulatory non-conformities and propose corrective measures. **Requirements** -------------- * Technical diploma or vocational training in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered. * Prior experience in maintaining recreational machines, electronic equipment, or industrial retail/hospitality environments. * Knowledge of basic electricity, electronics, schematic reading, and use of diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.). * Ability to interpret technical manuals and install/update equipment software. * Availability to work rotating shifts and occasional travel between venues. * Valid documentation to work within the applicable jurisdiction and residence near operational areas. * Proactive, organized attitude with strong problem-solving skills under pressure. **Preferred Competencies** -------------------------- * Additional training in electrical safety, occupational risk prevention, or related certifications. * Experience in spare parts stock management and inventory control. * Basic knowledge of networks and communications for integrating equipment into control systems. * Teamwork ability, clear communication with non-technical staff, and willingness to propose technical and operational improvements. * Proficiency with computer tools and incident management systems. **What We Offer** ------------- * Employment contract compliant with current legislation and competitive terms based on experience. * Initial and ongoing training on equipment, safety protocols, and internal procedures. * A professional, safe, and technically development-oriented work environment. * Opportunities for internal growth and mobility within the company. **How to Apply** ----------------- If you are interested in this position, please send your updated CV and a brief motivation letter indicating your availability, relevant technical experience, and potential location.
