At TÜV Rheinland Ibérica, we are seeking a Quality Technician for our office in Barcelona. **Job Description** -------------------------- * Collects and consolidates AQM KPIs and data, contributing to process efficiency control. * Ensures implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Quality Management System (QM). * Supports obtaining and maintaining certifications for the TÜV Rheinland Group and local accreditations. * Conducts internal audits and prepares for and accompanies external audits. * Provides input for the Global Management Review. * Supports business areas in investigating complaints and ensures implementation of complaint management in accordance with the established global process. * Ensures follow-up of quality actions arising from complaint management, audits, performance monitoring, and risk management. * Contributes to defined AQM improvement projects, as well as lessons-learned initiatives and best practices. * Ensures communication and training activities related to AQM. \#LI\-ES **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience in quality management, quality assurance, or management systems. * Experience conducting internal audits and accompanying external audits. * Experience in complaint management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. * Knowledge of accreditation and certification processes. **What can we offer you?** --------------------------- * Join an international leader in inspection, certification, and technical solutions, with over 20\.000 professionals worldwide.
