We are **IPLAN GESTIÓN INTEGRAL**, a company specializing in engineering services primarily delivered in the electrical sector, civil works, renewable energy, environmental services, and legalizations. We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, an international French engineering group with a multisectoral focus, operating across key infrastructure and energy domains. We are currently seeking a **PURCHASING TECHNICIAN** in Zaragoza. **Your Main Responsibilities** * End-to-end procurement management for civil works projects. * Identification, qualification, and negotiation with specialized suppliers and subcontractors in the construction sector. * Comparative analysis of technical and economic offers to ensure optimal purchasing conditions. * Negotiation of prices, contracts, delivery schedules, and commercial terms. * Purchase order management and tracking of critical supplies for construction sites. * Continuous coordination with production and technical teams to ensure project requirements are met. * Monitoring and control of procurement costs associated with civil works. * Oversight of compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines. * Management and resolution of issues arising with suppliers and subcontractors. * Preparation of procurement reports, cost analyses, and budget tracking. * Maintenance and updating of the strategic supplier database for the civil works sector. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent. * Experience: Minimum of 4\-5 years’ experience in procurement within civil works projects is mandatory.
