At **ERKHO SIDER**, we specialize in the commercialization of steel products in coil, strapping, and sheet formats, serving customers and suppliers both nationally and internationally. We are currently looking to hire a person for our Supply Chain team at our offices in the Port of El Masnou, to actively participate in procurement and logistics management within a stable, growing family-owned company pursuing a long-term project. **What profile are we looking for?** We seek an organized, proactive individual who is eager to learn and develop professionally. We especially value attitude, analytical ability, and motivation to progressively assume responsibilities within the organization. **What will your responsibilities be?** Reporting to the Procurement Manager and working alongside the rest of the team, you will participate in: * Managing and tracking purchase orders with suppliers. * Entering and updating information in the ERP system. * Tracking deliveries and managing documentation associated with each operation. * Managing and entering quality certificates. * Monitoring and tracking stock levels. * Managing and validating purchase and transportation invoices. * Receiving and analyzing supplier quotations. * Preparing price comparisons and supporting purchasing decisions using Excel. * Coordinating documentation and operations for national and international logistics (maritime and land). * Tracking shipments, monitoring goods arrivals, and coordinating with logistics operators. * Managing documentation related to contracts and Incoterms. **Requirements** * Vocational training or university degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar fields. * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain roles. * Proficient use of Excel as a regular work tool. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and planning capability. * Adaptability and problem-solving skills. * English proficiency is valued. **What do we offer?** * Stable employment via an indefinite contract. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth within the company. * Participation in a solid, dynamic, and expanding project. * A close-knit, collaborative work environment with a positive atmosphere. * Offices located at the Port of El Masnou, with free parking. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM and 3:00 PM–5:30 PM; Friday (intensive): 8:00 AM–2:30 PM. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and expertise. **If you are interested in developing professionally in the Purchasing and Supply Chain area within a company where you can learn, take on responsibilities, and grow long-term, we would love to meet you.** Salary: €28,000.00\-€30,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
