We seek a committed, empathetic individual with a strong social vocation to join our team and support international protection applicants, as well as children, adolescents, and youth—fostering their emotional well-being, social integration, and full exercise of their rights. You will work in a dynamic, human-centered, and enriching environment where each intervention contributes to generating opportunities, strengthening capacities, and building life projects. Your mission will be to promote the psychological, emotional, and social well-being of program participants by accompanying them through reception, adaptation, and integration processes via individual and group interventions, mediation activities, and community-based work: * Individual and group psychological support for international protection applicants, as well as for children, adolescents, and youth. * Accompaniment and intervention in reception, social, educational, and community integration processes. * Design and delivery of workshops on emotional well-being, personal skills, and socio-educational development. * Individualized follow-up of participants and identification of situations involving vulnerability or social risk. * Social, cultural, and educational mediation with external centers, resources, and services. * Coordination with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and achievement of program objectives. * Support with administrative procedures related to healthcare, education, municipal registration, and access to community resources. * Organization of leisure, participation, and social inclusion activities. * Preparation of reports, records, and technical documentation specific to the position. * Participation in continuous improvement, quality assurance, and program development initiatives. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Licentiate Degree in Psychology. * Minimum English proficiency level: B1\. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Optimism and enthusiasm, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Diplomacy and professional conduct **Level:** Specialist **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between 12\.000 and 18\.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education:** Diploma **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 01/07/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
