Coordinates with other team members: social education, prospecting, social work, psychology, and management. Analyzes the local environment and identifies interested companies. Prospects and recruits: visits to companies, shops, associations, social and sports entities to present the project and propose joining the Jo Sumo Community. Establishes alliances and agreements with interested companies. Supports companies by providing initial training and raising awareness regarding people with disabilities and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Assists in identifying tasks and occupational activities that companies can offer. Adds social value, commitment, corporate responsibility, and inclusion. Coordinates with the project team: management, social work, psychology, social education, and social integration. Records interventions, conducts monthly follow-ups, and contributes to reports and the final project report. Requirements Higher Vocational Training qualification. Minimum two years’ experience in labor prospecting, labor insertion, career guidance, or similar fields. Knowledge of people with disabilities. Valid driver’s license. Desirable: Local knowledge of the Sant Cugat area. Teamwork skills, proactivity, organizational ability, and autonomy.
