We seek a Project Manager capable of leading the coordination of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment among engineering, procurement, production, and external suppliers. The position has a direct impact on project visibility, control, and execution—focusing on timelines, resources, and resolution of bottlenecks. This is not a purely administrative project management role: it is highly operational and closely connected to the shop floor and actual execution. Key responsibilities: * Management of industrial project portfolios. * Planning and monitoring of milestones, deadlines, and resources. * Cross-functional coordination with engineering, procurement, and production. * Identification and resolution of operational bottlenecks. * Tracking of critical materials and suppliers. * Participation in daily and weekly production planning. * Monitoring of deviations and support in decision-making. * Reporting to management using indicators and KPIs. * Driving process and workflow improvements. Conditions: \- Salary range: €35,000\- €43,000 gross per year * Location: Sabadell * Full-time position with shortened Fridays **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * \+5 years of experience in industrial environments (machinery, automation, installations, etc.). * Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary technical projects. * Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo or similar) and planning tools. * Strong organizational skills and holistic project vision. * Advanced English.
