Job Summary: Enagás's STEM Talent Program for students pursuing Higher Vocational Training Cycles (CFGS) in technical disciplines who are interested in building careers in operational environments within the energy sector. That’s why we launched our **STEM Talent Program**, **\- Energy with Purpose, Talent with Impact**, an initiative designed to support you during your first professional steps and prepare you for key roles in the industrial environment. We are looking for CFGS students in technical disciplines (industrial/energy branch) who have either recently completed or are about to complete their studies, and who wish to develop careers in operational environments. We especially value: * Motivation toward the energy sector * Interest in operation and maintenance roles * A learning mindset and commitment **What does the program entail?** This is a comprehensive training program that combines specialized instruction with hands-on experience in real facilities, enabling you to understand from the inside how energy infrastructure operates. Through this journey, you will connect your technical education with real-world business operations, developing the skills required to thrive in operational environments. **What do we offer?** * 3 weeks of training at Enagás’s Corporate University * 6 months of practical experience at one of Enagás’s national facilities * Direct learning alongside industry professionals * A structured training plan to help you develop your capabilities **What will you gain?** * Real-world experience in the energy sector * Development of technical and operational competencies * First contact with an industry-leading company * Enhanced employability The program begins in October.
