Description

**Analytical and Proactive Production Data Controller** to join our operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and monitoring key data from production processes to ensure efficiency, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate data-driven strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * **Data Collection and Monitoring:** Monitor real-time data capture on production lines (cycle times, stoppages, scrap, efficiency) * **Data Analysis:** Develop and maintain dashboards and periodic reports on plant performance. * **Deviation Detection:** Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or deviations from production targets, as well as potential raw material suppliers. * **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** Work closely with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to propose corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. * **Data Auditing:** Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of information entered into management systems **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Industrial Organization), Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–3 years of experience in similar roles within the industrial sector. * **Technical Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, macros, complex functions). * Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau). * ERP system knowledge (**Business Central**) is a plus. * **Personal Competencies:** Analytical ability, attention to detail, results orientation, and strong communication skills.
