Flexible working hours. **Description:** ---------------- We are seeking to hire a professional for the **Product Engineering** department of an industry-leading company located in **Legazpi**. **What will be your mission?** Lead the development and evolution of the product portfolio, coordinating technical teams and closely collaborating with various departments to ensure competitive, customer-oriented solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Lead new product development projects following structured methodologies such as APQP. * Analyze and implement modifications to existing products, structures, and tooling. * Provide technical support to the commercial department by participating in technical meetings with customers and sector trade fairs. * Collaborate with Operations to improve manufacturing processes. * Drive efficiency improvement projects across manufacturing plants, including analysis and implementation of modifications to existing products, structures, routing, tooling, and standardization. * Coordinate and develop the multicultural team of product engineers. **What do we offer?** * Employment with an established industrial company in its sector. * Professional career development with international prospects. * Collaborative work environment. * Flexible working hours. * Competitive compensation aligned with experience provided.
