Joining a meat industry company in Sant Joan de les Abadesses, seeking a person for the procurement and supply area. Key responsibilities include ensuring the supply of raw materials, managing purchase orders to suppliers, and monitoring compliance with agreed deadlines, quantities, and conditions. Stock levels, demand forecasts, and production schedules will also be analyzed to optimize material availability. Collaboration will be cross-functional across departments, and continuous communication will be maintained with suppliers to ensure efficiency throughout the supply chain. Additionally, invoice registration and accounting will be managed, verifying alignment with purchase orders and goods receipt notes, along with other duties inherent to the position. The contract is temporary, full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, morning shift, with flexible working hours between 09:00 and 17:00, including statutory breaks. * Prior experience in the sector performing similar or identical tasks is desirable. * We seek a responsible, proactive, autonomous individual with strong teamwork and analytical planning skills. * Computer literacy (Excel, ERP, etc.). * Proximity of residence to the workplace and/or realistic commuting capability is advantageous. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish.
