Because Efficiency means: achieving maximum results with minimum effort, with numerous opportunities for career growth in a transparent, close-knit, performance-driven environment at the heart of innovative industrial projects. **Psst… Hedon is:** ● \+200 collaborators in 6 years ● €20M in annual revenue ● 6 agencies **Join the team** ● Define and optimize CNC machining processes in an industrial environment ● Support production and resolve technical issues on the shop floor ● Improve cycle times and process performance ● Select machining tools, parameters, and strategies ● Program or adjust CNC programs (depending on profile) ● Participate in the industrialization of new products ● Develop and validate tooling ● Collaborate with quality, production, and engineering teams **How to become a hedonist?** ● Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical) or Technical Vocational Training (FP) ● Experience in CNC machining within an industrial environment ● Knowledge of CNC programming (Siemens, Fanuc or others) is valued ● Operational, autonomous profile with strong problem-solving orientation ● Experience in production, processes, or manufacturing ● Technical English **Preferred qualifications** ● Experience in high-precision component manufacturing ● Knowledge of continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing ● Experience in industrialization We could talk about benefits such as mileage reimbursement, perks, monthly events...
