VOCATIONAL TRAINING COORDINATOR

Description

At Entrem, we are seeking to hire a Vocational Training Coordinator to support individuals with disabilities or mental health disorders throughout their sociolaboral integration process in the Garraf region. Conduct individualized tutoring sessions and initial and follow-up needs assessments with service users. Design and manage individualized sociolaboral integration pathways (IPIL) to enhance their employability, adapting interventions to their specific needs. Provide continuous guidance, follow-up, and support to service users across all stages of their integration process. Vocational training in transversal skills: Design and deliver training sessions on stress management, emotional regulation, time management, self-confidence, etc. Emotional and motivational support: Offer emotional support to service users and design and implement activities aimed at motivation and vocational orientation. On-site workplace accompaniment and internships: Monitor service users both during internships and on-site accompaniment as required. Apply accompaniment methodologies and best practices tailored to groups with mental health disorders, disabilities, and/or at risk of social exclusion. Coordinate with the outreach and coordination role to jointly define and achieve integration and internship objectives. Provide resources and coordinate\-with referring agencies (social services, NGOs, etc.). Manage and update documentation and records for service users and projects, ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance at all times. Manage program-related documentation: Prepare evaluative reports, case files, supporting documentation, etc., required for case closure. * Minimum 1 year of experience. At least one year of experience supporting the integration process for people with disabilities or mental health disorders. Experience in similar programs will be valued. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Valuable: 300 hours of training in employment integration, job search techniques, or skills assessment * Availability of personal vehicle * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (9 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1800 * Additional relevant information: Working hours: Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:30–15:30; Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30–17:30; Fridays, 8:00–15:00. Contract type: temporary, linked to the SIOAS program until 30/04/2027. Workplace: Garraf. Salary: €25,500 gross annual salary, distributed across 14 payments (one prorated).
