The practical training will take place within the **Business Intelligence** area, an environment especially focused on learning how to use data and information to support decision-making in an international organization. During the internship, the participant will learn how different information sources are structured and analyzed, how data are transformed into comprehensible conclusions, and how various departments and markets collaborate to develop strategic projects. This experience will provide practical insight into applying **Business Intelligence, data analysis, and Decision Sciences** in a corporate setting. **Training plan and activities** Under the guidance of the team and the designated mentor, the participant will be able to: * Train in developing **strategic data- and Decision Sciences-related projects**, gaining familiarity with methodologies and tools used in real-world business environments. * Learn how to **analyze and interpret data**, identifying relevant trends and findings and practicing their transformation into clear conclusions and recommendations. * Participate in **cross-functional initiatives** under supervision, understanding how different teams, departments, and markets collaborate on international projects. * Develop skills to **structure, synthesize, and present information**, contributing to preparing materials for internal meetings and forums. * Learn methodologies for **identifying opportunities to simplify and improve processes**, understanding how information analysis can contribute to greater efficiency. * Experience **collaborative work dynamics and cross-functional communication**, interacting with individuals from diverse functions and markets. * Deepen understanding of using data as a tool to **support and facilitate decision-making**, learning how to communicate complex information clearly. **Training objectives – CITIUS Program** This internship will allow participants to complement their academic knowledge through practical application and will be closely aligned with the areas of **tools and emerging technologies, professional competencies, communication, and development of skills for the corporate environment**, as outlined in the CITIUS Program. Degrees especially aligned with this opportunity include: * Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science. * Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or other engineering disciplines with an analytical component. * Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, or related fields. * Other university degrees with quantitative, technological, or analytical training compatible with the training project.
