Job Summary:
Organize and supervise cleaning staff, assign tasks, manage supplies, and prepare operational documentation to ensure service delivery.

This position is based at a university campus in the Duque de Pastrana area, near Plaza de Castilla in Madrid. The main responsibility is to organize and supervise cleaning personnel to ensure optimal performance and prevent unnecessary fatigue. Additionally, daily tasks must be assigned, correct procedures indicated, and cleaning supplies for the facility managed.
Another responsibility is preparing operational documentation: recording daily output, team performance, and service quality in daily reports. These reports are submitted to supervisors, with any workplace incidents communicated promptly to maintain agile information flow and correct anomalies.
An official disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher is required. Prior experience in managing and coordinating cleaning teams is preferred. Immediate hiring; full-time position on the afternoon shift.
