A position is available in the home-based teleassistance service in Bizkaia, providing 24-hour in-person support to users. The role involves visiting users' homes to respond to non-urgent incidents or alarms, supporting elderly or dependent individuals until the situation is resolved. Coordination with the teleassistance call center is required. The work is itinerant, primarily within Greater Bilbao, and requires a social vocation, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills. Prior experience is not required, although training or background in the sociosanitary field is valued. Working conditions include a part-time schedule at 89% capacity with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday. The contract is temporary, covering an employee's leave of absence. A company vehicle, corporate phone, and initial training are provided. A valid driver's license is mandatory. Availability to travel throughout the province of Bizkaia and to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) is required. Interpersonal skills, responsibility, and work autonomy are highly valued.
