Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced pattern maker to join our design team, participating in the technical development of products and ensuring pattern quality. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in the technical development of products and prototypes. 2. Collaboration with designers and the product manager in fitting tests. 3. Monitoring of production and quality control at origin and destination. We are a Spanish fashion brand founded in 2011\. We seek to incorporate a Pattern Maker into the Koala Bay design team. ##### **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with designers to interpret drawings and understand their intent. * Produce technical drawings specifying measurements clearly so suppliers have no ambiguity regarding how we measure garments. * Participate in product meetings, providing a technical perspective on prototype/sales sample/confirmation sample development. * Document design measurements in Excel, enabling simultaneous calculation of grading. * Measure garments and record any discrepancies to inform manufacturers of errors. * Define size ranges. * Conduct fitting tests together with designers and the product manager. * Ensure product quality at the pattern and fitting levels. * Monitor production, including possible inspections at origin and destination. * Track manufacturing alongside the purchasing manager. * Attend product meetings with commercial teams to provide technical validation. * Track orders. * Distribute products to suppliers. * Conduct quality inspections / defect or incident reviews. **Requirements** * Education related to pattern making and fashion. * Prior experience in pattern making and **solid knowledge of textile production processes** and manufacturing follow-up. * Advanced English (minimum B2\) **Competencies** * Fashion sensitivity * Attention to detail * Adaptability and flexibility * Self-control and stress tolerance * Creativity * Positive attitude
