Located in the heart of Valencia’s historic center, we are launching an entirely new restaurant. An ambitious, demanding, and exciting project where charcoal grilling will be the absolute star. We seek an experienced grill cook with product sensitivity and solid knowledge of meats—including aging, cuts, and doneness levels.
