Multi-task Operator

Description

We are seeking to hire a Multi-task Operator to perform various support, maintenance, cleaning, and front-desk assistance duties at the IDM facilities in Aguilar del Campoo (Palencia). Main responsibilities * Performing general maintenance and upkeep of facilities. * Carrying out repairs and minor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Performing basic construction, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. * Assembling, disassembling, and relocating furniture, equipment, and materials. * Cleaning, conditioning, and organizing spaces and facilities. * Loading, unloading, and moving materials and tools. * Supporting maintenance staff in any required tasks. * Identifying and reporting incidents or defects. * Complying with occupational safety and risk prevention regulations. * Performing other duties inherent to the position and general support tasks as required by service needs. Requirements * Prior experience in maintenance, cleaning, general services, or similar positions. * Basic knowledge of maintenance practices and tool handling. * Ability to perform diverse tasks and adapt to different responsibilities. * Responsible, organized, solution-oriented individual with a positive attitude toward teamwork. * Availability and flexibility to meet service requirements. * Relevant training in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, construction, or related fields is desirable. * A valid driver's license is desirable. 25-hour weekly work schedule Work location: Onsite employment
