The role will be performed **primarily remotely**, although **occasional on-site presence at the client's facilities in Pozuelo de Alarcón** (Madrid) will be required. We seek a technically proficient candidate with experience in **OpenShift cluster administration, capable of managing complex environments and ensuring their availability, performance, and security.** ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Administration and maintenance of OpenShift clusters. * Management of container-based and orchestration environments (Kubernetes). * Monitoring and resolution of infrastructure incidents. * Network management in container environments. * Implementation of performance, availability, and resilience improvements. * Use of monitoring and logging tools. * Participation in CI/CD pipelines and automation of deployments. * Support during technical interventions and on-call shifts. ***Position Conditions:*** * Modality: Primarily remote, with occasional on-site presence in Madrid (Pozuelo de Alarcón). * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 \- 17:30, Friday: 08:00 \- 14:30\. * Intensive schedule in August: 08:00 \- 15:00 * On-call shifts: Yes (including nighttime interventions). ***What We Offer:*** * Participation in infrastructure projects in cloud\-native environments. * Integration into a specialized technical team. * Professional development within Grupo NS, an IT project-focused company. * Competitive compensation based on experience. * Contract type: Permanent ### **Minimum Requirements** **Minimum Requirements:** * **2 to 3 years** of experience in **OpenShift administration**. * Solid knowledge of **containers and orchestration** (Kubernetes). * Experience in **network management** in container environments. * Ability to **diagnose and resolve complex issues**. * Knowledge of **high availability and disaster recovery**. * Experience with **monitoring tools** (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). * Experience in **CI/CD** (Jenkins, Git, Argo CD). * Intermediate level of **English**. **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of Node.js. * Experience with Redis and RabbitMQ. * Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh. ### **Competencies** * GIT * jenkins * CI/CD * OpenShift * kubernetes * CONTAINERS * ORCHESTRATION * grafana * MONITORING * prometheus * Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh * ELK Stack * argo CD
