Job Summary: We are seeking a night concierge for a private residential development, responsible for access control as well as cleaning and maintenance tasks. Key Points: 1. Possibility of an indefinite contract We are looking for a night concierge for a private residential development located on the outskirts of Zaragoza, specifically on the Huesca highway. The position is based in Zaragoza, postal code 50\.020\. At least 6 months of prior experience in similar positions is required. Additionally, a valid driver's license (category B) and a personal vehicle—or independent means of transportation to the workplace—are mandatory, as the residential development is located on the outskirts. Main responsibilities include access control for the residential development and basic cleaning and maintenance tasks for the property. A 3-month temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract. The working schedule is full-time, during the night shift from 22:00 to 06:00, with a gross monthly salary of 1\.745 €.
